Job summary

MoveAbout Therapy Services in Warners Bay, NSW is seeking a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team. You will deliver paediatric OT services, support children with Autism, sensory processing challenges, motor delays, and collaborate with families and colleagues.

Registration with AHPRA and OT qualifications are required. The role offers a manageable caseload, weekly 1:1 mentoring, flexible hours, ongoing supervision, career growth, and 14 weeks of parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Provide paediatric occupational therapy treatment, consultation and education to clients.

• Complete, review and maintain client treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing progress reports including NDIS within the required time frame

The duties you will be involved with are as follows:

• Provide paediatric occupational therapy treatment, consultation and education to clients;
• Consult and provide occupational therapy education to client families;
• Complete, score, and report on client assessments;
• Complete, score, review and maintain client goals;
• Complete, review and maintain client treatment plans;
• Complete ongoing progress reports including NDIS within the required time frame

Your First 100 Days

You'll start with a small caseload and grow gradually, allowing you to observe sessions and engage in our structured0-100 Days onboarding program. This gives you time to truly settle in and develop confidence in your role. We have a bank of videos from our group mentoring sessions to support your learning - you can get a taste of these on ourYouTube channel.

But the support doesn't stop at 100 days. Every therapist receives weekly 1:1 sup and weekly group supervision no matter their level of experience.

Remuneration

AUD $82,000 - $110,000 per year plus superannuation.
