Smart Moves Healthcare is a South Australian, family-owned allied health provider. We’ve grown from a small team into a multidisciplinary service while keeping the things that matter to us: good clinical care, genuine relationships and looking after our people.
We’re big enough to provide support and opportunity, but small enough that your experience, ideas and clinical judgement actually matter.
There are no unnecessary layers of management. You’ll have access to support when you need it, while being trusted to get on with the work you’re good at.
An Occupational Therapist looking for a genuinely diverse role
Enjoy building relationships with participants, families and other professionals
Enjoy working autonomously and making your own clinical decisions with the assistance of senior staff on call
Have experience in or keen to learn about community, disability, rehabilitation or aged care
Have strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
Have experience working with NDIS participants and/or Support at Home Clients
Are interested in mentoring or supporting other clinicians
Want flexibility without giving up clinical support and connection
Current AHPRA registration, Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
If you’re an experienced OT who wants more control over how you work, less unnecessary admin and a team that actually supports you, we’d love to hear from you.
