Limelight People in Sydney is recruiting an Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist for a well-established provider known for quality clinical care and staff support.

You will work with a diverse community caseload, with flexible diary management and WFH options for admin and reports. Sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates and a strong multidisciplinary team supports clinical autonomy.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in community, disability or NDIS settings preferred.
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with available support.

• Manage a varied community-based caseload to improve independence and daily functioning.
• Conduct Functional Capacity and ADL assessments.
• Recommend equipment and assistive technology.
• Support home modifications and environmental assessments.
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals and senior clinicians.

I'm working with one of my favourite clients to recruit an Occupational Therapist or Senior OT Sydney.

I've worked closely with their leadership team, and they're genuinely some of the best people I've come across in the industry. They're incredibly supportive, down-to-earth and trust their clinicians to get on with their jobs without being micromanaged.

This is a well-established provider with a fantastic team culture, excellent staff retention and a real focus on quality clinical care over chasing billable targets.

The role

You'll be working with a varied community-based caseload, supporting clients to improve their independence and everyday functioning.

Depending on your experience and interests, your work could include:

• Functional Capacity Assessments and ADL assessments
• Equipment and assistive technology recommendations
• Home modifications and environmental assessments
• Developing practical, client-centred therapy plans
• Working alongside Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and other allied health professionals

For more experienced OTs, there's also the opportunity to take on greater clinical responsibility, support junior clinicians and continue developing your senior clinical skills.

About you
