CareNow, part of HCA Healthcare, Inc., seeks an Occupational Medicine Clinical Lead in Australia to champion patient care and lead occupational medicine initiatives across market sites.

The role requires an Occupational Medicine background, strong communication skills, and EMR proficiency, with travel to partner sites to deliver high-quality services and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistants program or equivalent (BOTP) as required by state law.
• RN and/or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in a patient care setting.
• Experience serving as a clinical preceptor/lead.
• Occupational Medicine background or related business experience required.
• Electronic Medical Record Experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be personable and professional.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs/strong computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of Occupational Medicine concepts and ensure compliance with laws/regulations.
• Manage training for Occupational Medicine equipment and obtain certifications.
• Serve as market expert for Occupational Medicine through professional certifications (e.g., NIOSH, CAOHC).
• Oversee Work Comp scheduling and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Engage employers and clients to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor KPIs and aid productivity metrics.
• Build relationships with staff and leadership to identify improvement areas.
• Travel among OMSC sites to provide services across a market.
• Coordinate with Care Coordination for high-quality patient experiences.
• Condense data for reports and present to stakeholders.
