Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience in occupational health, rehabilitation or injury management.
• Strong case management and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Ability to translate medical information into practical workplace arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Return to Work and injury management across cases from notification to recovery.
• Coordinate and monitor individual return to work plans with stakeholders.
• Translate medical advice into practical workplace adjustments and duties.
• Maintain regular contact with employees and address barriers to recovery.
• Support workers compensation processes and claims documentation.
• Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities to improve injury management.
