ForHealth Group in Victoria is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Assessor to join our team in Werribee. The role combines workplace health assessments, injury prevention, and workers' compensation support within a supportive clinical environment.

You will deliver high-quality services to workers and corporate clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders while applying clinical knowledge in prevention and wellbeing for safer workplaces.

Qualifications

• Qualifications as an Exercise Scientist or Exercise Physiologist.
• Commitment to high clinical and professional standards.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct occupational health and pre-employment medical assessments.
• Complete functional capacity assessments.
• Perform drug and alcohol testing, spirometry, audiometry, and ECG assessments.
• Support workplace injury prevention and health promotion initiatives.
• Coordinate GP correspondence and medical follow-up activities.
• Arrange medical appointments and liaise with injured workers and stakeholders.
• Review assessment outcomes and prepare reports for clients.
• Support candidates through pre-employment medicals and health assessments.
• Maintain clinical equipment, assessment rooms, and stock.
• Complete documentation in line with accreditation requirements.
• Record service delivery for billing; travel to client sites as required.
• Promote safe work practices and report hazards promptly.

About The Role

As an Occupational Health Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational health services to workers and corporate clients. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll help improve workplace health outcomes while building strong relationships with clients, workers, and healthcare professionals.

This role provides a great opportunity to apply your clinical knowledge in a dynamic environment focused on prevention, wellbeing, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational health and pre-employment medical assessments
• Complete functional capacity assessments
• Perform drug and alcohol testing, spirometry, audiometry, and ECG assessments
