Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Health Assessor to join our Werribee, VIC team on a full-time basis. The role combines workplace health assessments, injury prevention, workers' compensation support, and occupational health administration.

You will deliver high-quality occupational health services, build strong client relationships, and contribute to prevention and wellbeing initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Qualifications as an Exercise Scientist or Exercise Physiologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational health and pre-employment medical assessments
• Complete functional capacity assessments
• Perform drug and alcohol testing, spirometry, audiometry, and ECG assessments
• Support workplace injury prevention and health promotion initiatives
• Coordinate GP correspondence and medical follow-up activities
• Arrange medical appointments and liaise with injured workers and stakeholders
• Review assessment outcomes and prepare accurate reports for clients
• Support candidates throughout pre-employment medicals and health assessments
• Maintain clinical equipment, assessment rooms, and stock levels
• Complete documentation in line with accreditation requirements
• Accurately record service delivery for billing purposes
• Travel to client sites as required
• Promote safe work practices and report hazards and incidents in a timely manner
