Luxury Escapes in Australia hires passionate, sales-driven Retail Travel Consultants to join our premium retail team. Unlike a traditional agency, you'll sell exclusive Luxe holiday packages curated by our own team, giving you a product you can truly believe in.

You will welcome customers, build rapport, uncover travel needs, convert enquiries to bookings, manage high volumes of in-store, phone and digital inquiries, and collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

• Confident, engaging communicator who builds relationships and creates exceptional customer experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
• Motivated, target-driven with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Experience in retail sales, consultative sales or travel industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, proactive and able to earn with uncapped potential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into our retail store and create an exceptional first impression.
• Build rapport and uncover travel needs to recommend the perfect package.
• Convert enquiries into bookings while identifying upgrade opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of face-to-face, phone and digital enquiries.

• Take ownership from first conversation to booking.
