You will manage tailored itineraries, provide expert destination and product recommendations, and build strong supplier relationships while staying current on luxury travel products. This role offers clear career progression in a growing Australian-owned travel company.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury travel, tour operations or complex FIT environments.
• Strong knowledge of luxury products across accommodation, touring, transport and experiences.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple bookings and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; liaising with clients, travel advisors and suppliers.
• Proactive and solution-focused, owning bookings from enquiry to completion.

Responsibilities

• Quote and coordinate tailored itineraries based on client briefs, budgets and travel styles.
• Manage new and repeat client enquiries while building rapport and long-term relationships.
• Design bespoke itineraries with destination and product recommendations.
• Monitor upcoming departures, identifying and resolving disruptions or issues.
• Manage amendments, schedule changes and client updates throughout the booking process.
• Prepare final travel documentation and client travel packs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
• Stay informed on luxury travel products through research, supplier training and events.
• Provide ongoing support to clients while travelling, including urgent matters.
