Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Practice Nurse for our Milsons Point clinic in NSW. The role supports GPs and contributes to day-to-day clinical operations in a collaborative general practice setting.

You will perform immunisations, chronic disease management, health assessments, wound care, minor procedures, ECGs, patient education and maintain accurate clinical documentation in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
• Previous general practice experience preferred
• Strong clinical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and patient care approach
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Experience with Best Practice software (desirable)
