Job summary

Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) is seeking a Diploma of Nursing Teacher to join the Health and Community Centre of Excellence at Essendon Campus to inspire and train prospective nurses.

You will deliver high-quality vocational education and competency-based assessment across classrooms, workplaces and online environments, in a modern facility with simulated labs. Applicants with RN, AHPRA and teaching qualifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required.
• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; post-graduate nursing specialty is desirable.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality vocational education and training.
• Conduct competency-based assessment across classroom, workplace and online settings.
• Contribute to HACCOE teaching team to train and inspire future nurses.
