Job summary

Chisholm Institute is seeking an Education Manager – Nursing to oversee educational delivery, workforce capability, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement across nursing programs. The role drives excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

You will coordinate timetabling, supervise teachers, design learning resources and collaborate with industry to keep curricula current.

Qualifications

• AQF 5/6+ teaching qualification.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current AHPRA nursing registration (no conditions).
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent per RTO Standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks to deliver operational outcomes including timetabling, resources and student progress.
• Lead and manage teachers including supervision and professional currency.
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate innovative vocational education and training for identified students and clients.
• Develop teaching resources across different mediums to support diverse learning styles.
• Maximise student engagement and retention through collaboration with the Student Experience team.
• Engage with employers to ensure teaching materials meet industry needs.
• Support business development including tenders and fee-for-service goals.
