Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caregivers to join our community of dedicated professionals on the Gold Coast, Queensland. You will help residents with daily living, support those with challenging needs, and contribute to physical and cognitive activities that keep residents engaged.

We value empathy, clear communication, and a genuine desire to improve residents’ lives. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required, with prior caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected
