St Charbel in Punchbowl is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide safe, holistic care to residents during the night shift. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and emotional support, working with a dedicated care team to maintain a safe, homely environment.

Requirements include a Certificate III or IV in Ageing Support, and at least 1 year of experience in residential aged care. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

About The Role

You will be responsible for providing safe and holistic care for our residents. For example, nursing and emotional care, food handling and feeding.

• Working with the wider team to support residents' activities (e.g mobility and meaningful recreational activities)
• Participate and contribute to resident’s care plan

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Ageing Support or Individual Support (Ageing)
• At least 1 year of Experience as a Nursing Assistant in Residential Aged Care
• Compassionate and Caring
• Commitment to allocated Shifts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Enjoys working in partnership with residents and their family
• Positive attitude and works well as part of a team
• Understanding of cultural and linguistically diverse communities
