Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is required and helps deliver an exceptional donor experience.
• Be comfortable with needles and blood/biological materials.
• Ability to support and foster a positive team culture.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interview potential donors to assess eligibility and suitability.
• Create a donor experience that encourages return visits and complete routine blood pressure checks.
• Set up machines and collections equipment for donations.
• Insert and remove needles safely to collect blood products.
• Monitor donors post-donation and assist with rebooking future donations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets.
