Qualifications

• No prior blood collection experience required; paid training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a rotating roster across days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interview donors for eligibility and suitability.
• Perform routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests.
• Set up machines and collection equipment for donation.
• Insert and remove needles safely to collect blood products.
• Monitor donors post-donation and assist with rebooking.
