As a Nursing Administration Assistant, you will be the backbone of our administrative processes, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical staff, patients, and external healthcare providers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the nursing team, including scheduling, patient record management, and correspondence coordination
• Managing patient appointments, confirming attendance, and handling cancellations or rescheduling requests
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and privacy requirements
• Assisting with the preparation of clinical documentation, reports, and medical records
• Coordinating communication between nursing staff, patients, doctors, and external medical facilities
• Processing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate clinical staff members
• Supporting inventory management and ordering of nursing and clinical supplies as required
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to patient admissions, discharge, and referrals
