Job summary

Refresh Recruitment Limited is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Horsham. The role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, with a passion for nurturing children's development and supporting learning through play.

You will contribute to a safe, inclusive environment, observe progress, and work 40 hours weekly across 4 or 5 days. EYFS framework familiarity and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.

• Support the day-to-day operation of the nursery and maintain high standards of care.
• Follow and implement the EYFS framework.
• Lead by example and demonstrate best practice in early years education.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children's learning and development.
