Qualifications

• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour management and child development practices.
• Warm, positive communicator with a passion for supporting young learners.
• Able to work full-time, all year round.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating environment indoors and outdoors.
• Observe and record children's progress in line with EYFS.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
• Contribute to planning, play setups and daily routines.
