Job summary

Ethos Education is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant setting in Crystal Palace. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £25k–£30k per annum.

You will deliver EYFS‑based activities, support early reading and language development, and work closely with a team to plan sessions for children under 5. A Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare is essential, with strong EYFS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge and early learning skills.
• Experience working with children under 5 in a nursery or childcare setting is advantageous.
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run EYFS-based sessions and activities.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Assist with early reading, vocabulary, literacy and communication development.
