The role emphasizes timely, patient-centred care and staff development, with opportunities to influence the Infectious Diseases program and nursing practice while supporting a culture of respect and safety.

Qualifications

• Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
• Significant clinical nursing experience in relevant health services.
• Have or be working towards a degree in healthcare/business management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in inpatient environment focused on sub-acute HIV care.
• Act as an operational escalation point for clinical issues.
• Contribute to broader organisational imperatives of the Infectious Diseases program and nursing practice.

Education

Registered Nurse registration with NMBA via AHPRA

Degree in healthcare/business management (or working towards)
