The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) – Community Specialist Nursing Services provides strategic and operational leadership across Community Dementia, Continence and Wound Care Services within Primary Health North. The role ensures high-quality, evidence-based patient care through effective management of clinical services, workforce, budgets, quality and safety systems, and service improvement initiatives.

The NUM leads multidisciplinary teams, drives contemporary nursing practice, and ensures services

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with NMBA registration or eligible for registration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in health care.
• Knowledge of dementia, continence and wound care services is desirable.
