Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network in Murray Bridge is seeking an RN/M3 Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate high‑quality patient care, lead nursing, midwifery and multidisciplinary teams, and foster a positive clinical environment.

This full‑time permanent role offers opportunities to drive practice improvement and advance patient outcomes within SA Health’s Rural Health Network.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/Midwife with current or eligible AHPRA registration and practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience with demonstrated clinical competence.
• Proven leadership and management experience, including supervision and staff development.
• Highly developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and change management skills.
• Knowledge of contemporary nursing/midwifery practice, relevant legislation, standards and person-centred care.
