Job summary

NSW Health (Sydney Education at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse or Midwife to join as a Nurse/Midwife Educator Grade 2. This temporary full-time role supports the Diploma of Nursing program and delivery of high-quality education for healthcare staff.

Salary is $2,863.39–$2,920.59 per week plus superannuation. You will design, facilitate and evaluate learning experiences, provide coaching and mentorship, and contribute to education and service-improvement

Qualifications

Current registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse or Midwife and post-registration nursing/midwifery education qualifications or equivalent deemed by employer.
Demonstrated strong nursing education knowledge and VET requirements; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience leading, supporting and developing others in a healthcare learning environment.

Responsibilities

Design, facilitate and evaluate engaging learning experiences for Diploma of Nursing students.
Provide coaching and mentorship to students and staff.
Contribute to innovative education and service improvement initiatives.
