Sydney Local Health District is seeking a dynamic Nurse/Midwife Educator to support the Diploma of Nursing program at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. You will design, facilitate and evaluate engaging learning experiences while coaching students and staff.

The ideal candidate will hold current AHPRA registration as RN/Midwife with relevant education qualifications and demonstrable leadership in healthcare education.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as RN/Midwife with relevant education qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of nursing education and VET requirements.
• Experience in supervisory roles with coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and evaluate learning experiences for Diploma of Nursing.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to students and staff.
• Contribute to education initiatives and service improvement.
