Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Educator to lead education and professional development in Community Aged Care. The role spans across BHFLHN sites, driving workforce capability and high-quality, person-centred care in the home setting.

You will design, deliver and evaluate learning programs, support service improvement and change management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen staff capability and client outcomes.
