Job summary
Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a Nurse Educator in Community Aged Care to lead education and professional development across BHFLHN regional sites. The role focuses on building workforce capability, supporting service improvement and promoting best-practice, person-centred care for older people in home and community settings.
The educator will work across multidisciplinary teams, drive change management, and mentor staff and students, contributing to improved staff
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Educator with commitment to excellence in aged care.
- Design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that strengthen clinical capability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote best-practice care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver engaging education and training programs that build workforce capability.
- Support quality initiatives, service development and change management activities.
- Coach, mentor and support nursing staff and students for professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative learning solutions to improve client outcomes.
