• Current Authority to Practice as an RN with AHPRA.
• Recent experience as a Registered Nurse with ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.

• Provide clinical assessment, advice and coordination to patients over the phone in the Triple I Hub.
• Support patient flow and timely escalation and referrals across acute, community and primary care.
