BG&E is seeking a NSW Lead / Technical Director to drive growth and technical excellence across our Water Infrastructure portfolio. ThisSenior leader will shape strategy, lead business development, and guide multidisciplinary teams from our Sydney office with influence across Australia.

Responsibilities span business growth, technical leadership, tender bids, and project direction, while fostering client relationships and delivering sustainable, innovative engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in water infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client relationship skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and major pursuits.
• Commitment to sustainability, innovation and team development.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for BG&E, building relationships across states and sectors.
• Provide national technical leadership and guidance.
• Lead tender bids and negotiate commercial terms.
• Act as Project Director on major projects.
• Support financial targets and risk mitigation strategies; ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
