Vawdrey is Australia's leading manufacturer of high-quality semi-trailers and heavy transport solutions. We are seeking an experienced NSW State Manager to own the NSW operation, lead sales growth, workshop performance, parts operations, customer relationships and overall branch profitability.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee P&L with full accountability, drive revenue, manage workshop and service, parts inventory, safety compliance and a high‑performing team across NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, region or business unit in heavy vehicles, transport equipment, trailer manufacturing, automotive OEM or servicing operations.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability with direct P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue through customer relationships and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability and strategic leadership for the NSW branch.
• Drive revenue growth through trailer sales and services.
• Oversee workshop operations, parts and service quality.
• Ensure safety, compliance and productivity targets are met.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams.
