Job summary

Linx Restoration Services, part of Bay Building Group, is seeking an experienced Manager – Restoration for NSW. You will lead the NSW restoration team across water, flood, fire and related property restoration projects for insurers and facility managers.

You will be responsible for site-based estimating, supervision and the wider operational running of the region, ensuring safety, timeliness, quality and commercial performance. A strong track record in restoration leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in domestic and commercial restoration works, especially insurance restoration (essential).
Understanding of restoration processes, standards and WHS requirements.
Proven ability to develop long term client relationships and grow accounts.
Strong business development experience within the restoration industry.

Responsibilities

Lead NSW restoration team across domestic and commercial projects for insurers and facility managers.
Oversee site-based estimating, supervision and overall regional operations including safety, quality and financial performance.
Coordinate with national project coordination team and manage partner contractors.
Report to the Executive General Manager | Restoration and drive revenue, margins and customer experience.
