Fisher & Paykel Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Delivery & Installation Lead in Melbourne to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, installation and commissioning of appliances at customers' homes. You will lead on-site activities, ensure safety and high quality workmanship, and guide the installation team while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, customer interaction, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Competenze

Previous experience in appliance delivery, logistics, transport, installation or a similar field.
MR/HR license.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confidence working independently and taking ownership of delivery runs.
Good physical fitness and a hands-on approach.
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and professionalism.
Electrical, plumbing, appliance installation or trade-related experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

Drive and operate company delivery vehicles.
Deliver, install and commission Fisher & Paykel appliances in customers' homes.
Lead on-site delivery and installation activities.
Provide outstanding customer service and product guidance.
Ensure safe manual handling and installation practices.
Complete delivery documentation and system updates.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine safety checks.
Support and guide the Delivery & Installation Assistant during daily operations.
Follow all Health & Safety requirements and company procedures.
