Pacific Optics is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition across New South Wales, with a strong focus on the pharmacy channel. You will hunt for new doors, build a robust pipeline, and set up initial merchandising and planograms.

Based in Sydney, you will be on the road most of the time, with occasional office days at Earlwood. A pharmacy background and a proactive, self-directed mindset are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy channel background essential.
• Proven hunter with cold outreach experience.
• Willing to travel across New South Wales and operate on the road.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts across NSW pharmacy channel.
• Build and manage a pipeline of quality new customers.
• Set up new accounts, merchandising and planograms.
• Hand established accounts to Territory Managers with a clean handover.
• Own new doors through to full range adoption.
• Work toward clear activity, conversion and revenue targets.
