Job summary

Opella is seeking a National Business Manager, Community Pharmacy to lead growth with strategic community pharmacy accounts from Sydney/Brisbane markets. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to shape customer plans, forecast performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will drive demand planning, develop joint business strategies and build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver sustainable impact and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic community pharmacy accounts, delivering sales/profit targets.
• Develop, implement and maintain Joint Business Plans with customers.
• Lead forecasting and contribute to demand planning processes.
• Analyze sales, promotions and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales to execute plans and launches.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders through meetings and reviews.
