Deepcore Drilling, in partnership with Mitchell Services, is offering Drillers’ Offsider positions across Cadia, NSW. No drilling experience required; full training and career progression await motivated applicants who are reliable and safety-minded.

You’ll assist with drilling activities, complete pre-start checks, and help maintain a safe work environment as part of a supportive crew. Rotations include 14/7 or 5/2 rosters with accommodation and travel where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 35 kg and work 12-hour shifts.
• HR licence for surface roles, current or obtainable ASAP.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and willing to learn.
• Able to pass pre-employment medicals, functional assessments and drug and alcohol screening.
• Able to obtain a National Police Check or Clearance.
• Full Australian working rights.

Looking to start a career in drilling? Mitchell Services and Deepcore Drilling are seeking motivated and reliable Driller’s Offsiders to join our crews across two key NSW locations.

With full-time opportunities, competitive pay, on-the-job training and genuine career progression, these roles offer the chance to build a long-term career in the drilling industry.

No previous drilling experience is required, although experience in drilling, mining, construction or labouring is highly regarded.

Cadia, NSW | Deepcore Drilling

• Entry-level positions — no drilling experience required.
• 14 days on, 7 days off (14/7 roster).
• Home every night.
• Full training and career development provided.
• Local candidates encouraged to apply.
• Entry-level and experienced candidates encouraged to apply.
• 5 days on, 2 days off (5/2 roster).
• Surface drilling opportunities at HVO.
• Accommodation, meals and travel provided where applicable.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced Drillers, you’ll help maintain safe and efficient drilling operations. Duties include assisting with drilling activities, completing pre-start checks, identifying hazards, handling samples where required and maintaining a safe work environment.
