Job summary

Kappa Executive Search is guiding NSW-based Cost Management leadership to head the cost management function of a nationally recognised PM & advisory business, while remaining actively involved in delivering major property projects and helping shape the organisation’s future direction.

As NSW Director you will join the National Executive Team, lead the growth of the Sydney Cost Management capability, build the team, leverage existing client relationships and cross-disciplinary opportunities with

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience within the consultancy environment on property related projects.
• The ability to win work, develop long-term client relationships and ultimately grow a business.
• Experience leading and developing professional teams, including recruitment, mentoring and performance management.
