• Provide technical leadership across complex process engineering systems, with focus on radiological waste management and supporting infrastructure.
• Guide design integration across multiple disciplines; resolve technical issues; manage project risks; support delivery.
• Support the Design Lead with technical advice; contribute to program planning; represent the project in senior technical and safety forums.
• Mentor engineers and specialists; build capability while promoting nuclear safety culture; develop NSQEP capability.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders; deliver practical, innovative solutions.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and client engagement.
