Job summary

SG Fleet is recruiting a Novation Management Consultant in Australia to support customers through the end-of-lease process for novated vehicle contracts. You will liaise with employees and employers, manage lease reconciliations, prepare early termination quotes, and resolve inquiries while ensuring contractual SLAs are met.

The role emphasizes strong communication, numerical skills, and proficiency with MS Office, with a focus on timely issue resolution and teamwork within a flexible benefits

Qualifications

• Certificate in business or equivalent (desirable).
• Professional and courteous customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to resolve problems through to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills for effective time management.
• Strong technical/numerical skills.
• Proficient in using MS products including other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly and efficiently communicate with the employer/employee as part of the lease reconciliation and customer updates processes.
• Prepare workflow tasks for outstanding invoices, reconciling outstanding transactions including finance payments, standard lease services and payroll deductions.
• Prepare and issue early termination quotes.
• Adhere to Corporate customers contractual SLAs to ensure all processing requirements are met.
• Work effectively with the team to ensure the departmentund accountabilities are met including support of the vision and goals of the team and company.
