Job summary

Hayes Handpiece Australia, within the Henry Schein Australia group, is seeking a Hands-on Handpiece & Small Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and test dental handpieces and small equipment in Noosa. You will manage your own workload, use specialised tools and technical resources, and provide exceptional customer support.

You will join a small, supportive team with ongoing training, work toward productivity targets, and play a key role in keeping dental practices running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults and identifying repair requirements.
• Quoting repair work and preparing work orders.
• Repairing, testing, and servicing dental handpieces and small equipment.
• Managing multiple repair cases and work orders each day.
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing technical support.
• Maintaining accurate records using Salesforce and other business systems.
• Working towards quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
