As a NOC Operator, you’ll play a critical role in BAI Communications’ Service Management Centre, monitoring broadcast services across Australia in a 24/7 operational environment. You’ll respond to alarms, manage incidents and communicate with internal teams and customers to maintain service assurance and meet service level commitments.
This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, technically focused environment, takes ownership of incidents end‑to‑end, and values clear communication and attention to detail when working on live services.
You’re a calm and reliable operator with a solid technical foundation and the ability to process large volumes of information in real time. You’re comfortable working rotating shifts and understand the importance of precision and accountability when supporting live broadcast services.
