Ninja Parc is an indoor play centre focused on making physical activity fun and accessible for all ages. We are hiring a Ninja Master to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes and lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers.

The role targets high-quality coaching across Kids to Adults, with strong leadership, creativity, and community engagement. Training and support are provided, with an emphasis on proactive contribution to the Ninja Parc community.

Competenze

• Essential coaching qualifications and ability to coach children and adults.
• First aid and CPR certifications current and valid.
• Proactive and capable of leading a community-focused program.

The Role

The role of theNinja Master is to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes.

• Tiny Ninjas: Walking - 2 years
• Mini Ninjas: 3 - 6 years
• Little Ninjas: 7 - 10 years
• Youth Ninjas: 10 - 14 years

We're looking for someone that is passionate about movement, coaching and leadership. You must have a high level of interest in being a part of the Ninja Parc community both locally and nationally. Whilst you will be provided with training, structure and support you must also be proactive and creative.

Key requirements of the position:

• Deliver high quality classes for kids, teens and adults
• Deliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger development
• Uphold the quality of all Ninja Parc product and programs
• Achieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targets
• Organise and deliver Ninja competitions

What we are looking for (Essential):

Desirable:

• Experience/certification in gymnastics
• Experience/certification in obstacle/ninja
• Experience/certificationin parkour
• Experience/certificationin calisthenics
• Experienceworking with children
• Experience in customer service
