Job summary

Ninja Parc is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Ninja Coaches in Victoria. You will deliver high quality Ninja Parc Academy classes for children aged 3 to 14, blending obstacle and parkour skills in a fun, inclusive environment.

Engage with students and parents, participate in ongoing coach development, and help convert trials into enrollments. We welcome applicants with coaching certifications, First Aid/CPR, WWC and Police Checks, plus parkour or calisthenics credentials.

Qualifications

• Coaching certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent) required.
• National Police Check required.
• Experience/certification in parkour and calisthenics preferred.
• Experience working with children and customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Ninja Parc Academy classes for ages 3–14.
• Engage with students and parents before and after classes.
• Participate in regular Ninja Coach development sessions.
• Help convert class trials into enrolled students.
• Assist with Ninja Parc events.

The Role

The role of theNinja Coach is to deliver high quality classes for kids aged 3 to 14 years through the Ninja Parc Academy. Classes are based on a blend of obstacle and parkour skills.

Key requirements of the position:

• Deliver high quality Ninja Parc Academy classes
• Engage with students & parents before & after classes
• Participate in regular Ninja Coach development
• Help to convert class trials into enrolled students
• Assist with Ninja Parc events

What we are looking for (Essential):

• Willingness to learn the specifics of obstacle and parkour training
• Willingness to be a part of the Ninja Parc community
• Apositive attitude and high level of energy
• Coaching certification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Working With Children’s Check (Or equivalent)
• National Police Check
• Experience/certificationin parkour
• Experience/certificationin calisthenics
• Experienceworking with children
• Experience in customer service
