Job summary

Ninja Parc is an indoor play centre focused on making physical activity fun and accessible for all ages. We seek a Ninja Coach to deliver classes for kids aged 3 to 14 years, blending obstacle and parkour skills within the Ninja Parc Academy.

Essentially you will engage families, participate in ongoing coach development, and help convert trials into enrollments while assisting with events. Casual positions available in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Coaching certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience/certification in parkour and calisthenics.

The Role

The role of the Ninja Coach is to deliver high quality classes for kids aged 3 to 14 years through the Ninja Parc Academy. Classes are based on a blend of obstacle and parkour skills.

Key requirements of the position:

• Deliver high quality Ninja Parc Academy classes
• Engage with students & parents before & after classes
• Participate in regular Ninja Coach development
• Help to convert class trials into enrolled students
• Assist with Ninja Parc events

What we are looking for (Essential):

• Willingness to learn the specifics of obstacle and parkour training
• Willingness to be a part of the Ninja Parc community
• Apositive attitude and high level of energy
• Coaching certification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Working With Children’s Check (Or equivalent)
• National Police Check
• Experience/certificationin parkour
• Experience/certificationin calisthenics
• Experienceworking with children
• Experience in customer service
