Ninja Parc is an indoor play centre focused on making physical activity fun and accessible for all ages. We are seeking energetic Ninja Coaches for sessional, casual roles to deliver high quality classes across all ages.

You will engage with students and parents, help run events, and contribute to a supportive team environment while developing coaching skills in obstacle and parkour-inspired activities.

Qualifications

• Coaching certification is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Willingness to learn the specifics of obstacle training.
• Energetic, positive attitude and high energy.
• Experience with children or casual settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality Ninja Parc Academy classes.

The Role

The role of theNinja Coach is to deliver high quality classes for kids, teens and adults through the Ninja Parc Academy. The majority of classes a based on a blend of obstacle and parkour skills.

Key requirements of the position:

• Deliver high quality Ninja Parc Academy classes
• Engage with students & parents before & after classes
• Participate in regular Ninja Coach development
• Help to convert class trials into enrolled students
• Assist with Ninja Parc events

What we are looking for (Essential):

• Willingness to learn the specifics of obstacle training
• Willingness to be a part of the Ninja Parc community
• Apositive attitude and high level of energy
• Coaching certification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Working With Children’s Check (Or equivalent)
• National Police Check

Desirable:

• Experience/certification in gymnastics
• Experience/certification in obstacle/ninja
• Experience/certificationin parkour
• Experience/certificationin calisthenics
• Experienceworking with children
• Experience in customer service
