Job summary

Ninja Parc Geelong is seeking an energetic Ninja Coach to deliver high-quality Ninja Parc Academy classes for kids aged 3 to 14. You will engage with students and parents around classes and help grow the Ninja Parc community.

Join a fun, supportive team focused on activity, safety, and personal development. Applicants must have coaching certification, WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR; police check will be required.

Qualifications

• Coaching certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
• National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Ninja Parc Academy classes for kids aged 3–14.
• Engage with students and parents before and after classes.
• Participate in Ninja Coach development sessions.
• Help convert class trials into enrolled students.
• Assist with Ninja Parc events.

About Ninja Parc

At the Ninja Parc, we want to see people of all ages and abilities having fun together. With the rise in the popularity of obstacle events, we wanted to create a place patrons could have fun with no intimidation, no pressure to go outdoors, and the affordability to do this on a regular basis.

The Role

The role of the Ninja Coach is to deliver high quality classes for kids aged 3 to 14 years through the Ninja Parc Academy. Classes are based on a blend of obstacle and parkour skills.

Key requirements of the position:

• Deliver high quality Ninja Parc Academy classes
• Engage with students & parents before & after classes
• Participate in regular Ninja Coach development
• Help to convert class trials into enrolled students
• Assist with Ninja Parc events

What we are looking for (Essential):

• Willingness to learn the specifics of obstacle and parkour training
• Willingness to be a part of the Ninja Parc community
• Apositive attitude and high level of energy
• Coaching certification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Working With Children’s Check (Or equivalent)
• National Police Check

Desirable:

• Experience/certification in gymnastics
• Experience/certification in obstacle/ninja
• Experience/certificationin parkour
• Experience/certificationin calisthenics
• Experienceworking with children
• Experience in customer service
