Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Planning and Customer Service for operational readiness.
• Oversee train loading activities ensuring accuracy of urgent freight.
• Monitor workforce allocation and fatigue management practices.
• Lead and motivate operational staff to drive performance.
