Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time fixed-term 6-month contract at BaptistCare Orana. You will deliver clinical care that protects dignity and wellbeing, and lead a care team with professionalism.

You’ll assess, plan and evaluate care needs, supervise carers and ENs, ensure accurate documentation, and support families while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in clinical leadership and team supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024 and AN‑ACC.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work within scope.
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values.
