Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Care Service Employee for casual night shifts to deliver compassionate, person-centered care for residents.

You will assist with meals, personal care, and daily activities, document care using technology, and ensure safety and quality in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, be physically capable, and share BaptistCare's Christian values.

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and daily care to residents with dignity.
• Assist with meals, hygiene and daily routines.
• Support activities meaningful to each resident.
• Document care using electronic systems.
• Support residents living with dementia with appropriate care.
• Uphold safety standards and WHS compliance.
