Job summary

Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a part-time night-shift role in our aged care setting. You will lead and supervise team members, assess individual care needs, and deliver high-quality clinical care to residents.

Ideal candidates hold AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and a current police check, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Weekend penalties apply, and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing.
• Assess, plan and implement individualized care plans.
• Manage medications and wound care in line with best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care.
• Support continuous improvement and quality assurance programs.
