Job summary

Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team, supporting residents under the guidance of the Clinical Manager and Registered Nurse. You will coordinate and supervise care to uphold residents' dignity and independence.

Weekend and public holiday shifts are available with penalty rates, and we offer ongoing training, support, and a positive work environment across our premium communities on Australia’s east coast.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Police check and understanding of aged care standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care and accurate documentation.
• Support and guide Personal Care Assistants in providing resident care.
• Participate in admissions and assessments under RN guidance.
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with legislation.
• Complete wound care and other specialised nursing tasks.
• Assist in developing and evaluating individualised care plans.
• Collaborate with allied health and families for holistic care.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and infection control.
